Joe led the MBO of our firm from its founder, Mike Cripps, in 2018. He is now involved in the strategic direction of the firm, its growth and development. He takes particular satisfaction in seeing the success of people coming through the firm who have made fulfilling careers. He continues to be active and hands on with clients. He enjoys helping them overcome obstacles and realise their potential. Over his career he has advised clients on five continents, working in the majority of instances for companies owned by financial sponsors. He has 24 years’ experience across energy, resources and infrastructure.
