A change of name, but not of values.
In 2018 we entered a new era after a successful management buyout. We were already in a strong place, with years of client and candidate development behind us and an outstanding record in executive search. The years since then have been the most successful and productive in our history.
What has not changed – and never will – is our focus on relationships. We work with many people over their entire careers. We passionately believe in the value of building connections that are deep and lasting.

We work with Climate Impact Partners to reduce our footprint and support projects in our industry. Our firm has been Certified Carbon Neutral since 2021.
We also work with many clients who share the same missions and values on the journey towards net-zero. Our own impact is relatively small, but we have influence in the industries we serve and aim to be a catalyst for change.
